I am working in university hospital in JAPAN. We
do not have any measurements for monitoring
patients outcome. So, we would like to use SAQ in
Japan. Do you have Jananese version of SAQ?

    Sincerely yours

    Yoshiro Watanabe

We appreciate your interest in using the SAQ with your patient population. At this time, we do not have a validated Japanese version of the Seattle Angina Questionnaire. There is one being developed and it may be ready within the next few months. If you would like us to contact you when it is available, please let me know the best way to get in touch with you.
    Thank you,

We are pleased to announce that we now have a Japanese version of the SAQ. This can be licensed from the ‘instruments’ section of this website.
